Associate Analyst

We seek to recruit qualified Epic professionals experienced in the below Epic areas of focus:

  • Cadence/Prelude-Front desk, check-in and check-out, and referrals.

  • Epic Care Ambulatory-All clinical workflows. Providers, clinical support staff

  • Professional billing (PB)-Prior experience with back office procedures and any type of billing experience would be very beneficial and would lend to a positive experience.

  • Reporting (BI)-Very analytical position. Previous experience with SQL, coding, or other similar applications would be helpful.

  • Security – IAM Analyst I

Information Technology Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including; knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute an information security incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.

Design information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. The senior level will execute many of the same activities as the intermediate level, but in addition, will typically work on more complex, larger and higher importance/impact projects. The senior level will also typically be expected to design highly optimal systems and processes as a result of broader and deeper experience. Will often coach, train and mentor less senior professionals.



Education: High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree is Preferred

Experience: Minimum three year relevant experience Preferred

Additional Skills Required:

  • Experience working in ambulatory setting (physician practice).

  • Epic roles require an analytic mindset, problem solving skills, self-starter, and thinking outside the box. Along with the ability/fondness to dig into problems, find a solution, and brainstorming.

  • Comfortable talking to all levels of staff

  • Ability to travel onsite to help at the elbow during go live, providing solutions, and thorough follow up.

  • Clear communication, both written and verbal is key.

  • Must like working on a computer and working from home.

  • Previous experience in an ambulatory practice and/or a clinical license that would be a bonus.

  • Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product.

  • Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control.

  • Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.



  • Leadership: Ability to take complex assignments and successfully complete in a timely fashion with minimal to no supervision required. Able to prioritize and triage workload to meet timelines. Completes on call responsibilities as assigned. Shows full ownership and accountability for simple to complex assignments from start to finish. Strong change advocate for the organization, showing flexibility as priorities change. Readily mentors and assists as needed without being asked. Key resource to other team members and other teams, keeping the patient at the center of focus for all tasks.

  • Quality Improvement: May represent team in testing, implementations and upgrades. Performs peer review for team member changes to ensure change control processes are followed.

  • Communication: Coordinates implementation of new and revised functions with all ITS personnel,vendors, consultants and customers. Strong relationship management skills that include excellent listening and consultative abilities. Establishes credible relationships with business partners to drive change. Effective interpersonal skills with team members and customers
