Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects related to banking operations, credit control, and risk management.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, risk, and compliance to drive project success.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the banking sector.
- Strong experience in credit control, risk management, and financial compliance.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks and banking industry standards.
- Experience working with core banking systems and digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
