Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager Work Mode: Onsite
Key Responsibilities: 1. Stakeholder Management
Conduct regular project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.
Facilitate review sessions with key stakeholders to assess project milestones and necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team and stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate project deliverables.
Prepare and distribute detailed weekly project reports to all relevant departments, including external vendors.
2. Vendor Engagement
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration into the bank’s systems, including onboarding to the Active Directory, VPN password setup, and server configurations.
Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and technical teams, resolving issues through emails, meetings, and troubleshooting sessions.
3. Project Communication & Reporting
Present weekly project updates during board imperative meetings to ensure transparency and alignment on progress.
Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders, ensuring expectations are effectively managed.
4. Project Execution & Delivery
Lead project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Make critical decisions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
Support the technical team during production deployment and transition processes before the official project handover.
Oversee Go-live activities and pilot runs, ensuring smooth execution while sharing consistent updates with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of project management experience in an enterprise environment.
Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple departments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
