Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a specialization in Interior Design to lead and support the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-quality interior spaces. The ideal candidate has strong architectural training with a keen eye for aesthetics, spatial planning, and materials — and can translate client visions into functional, elegant, and code-compliant interiors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop interior design concepts that align with project goals, budgets, and brand identities
  • Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
  • Create and manage technical documentation including floor plans, sections, elevations, lighting layouts, and detailed joinery drawings
  • Select furniture, fixtures, materials, colors, and finishes, ensuring functional and aesthetic quality
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, vendors, MEP consultants, and construction teams during implementation
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction
  • Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Attend and lead client meetings, site inspections, and design workshops
  • Revise drawings and layouts based on client feedback or site conditions
  • Collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and project managers to meet deadlines
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (Interior Architecture or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in architectural/interior design roles
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with 3D rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes
  • Solid knowledge of local building codes and accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
