The UAT Coordinator is responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for core banking implementations or upgrades (T24/Temenos). The role ensures that business users validate system functionality against real banking scenarios and regulatory requirements before go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage UAT strategy and execution timelines
Coordinate UAT activities across business units
Translate business requirements into UAT scenarios
Ensure availability of UAT environments and test data
Facilitate UAT sessions and defect triage
Track execution progress and provide reports
Manage UAT defect lifecycle
Ensure regulatory scenarios are tested
Coordinate business sign-off
Support training and change management
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
4–7 years’ experience in UAT coordination within banking projects
