Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to understand project requirements and architecture goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend solutions using relevant technologies.
- Implement server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions to support frontend functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces built in React and Angular.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, optimizing performance and addressing scalability challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in backend development, React, and Angular.
- Participate in the planning and estimation of backend development tasks.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in React and Angular.
- Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Django, or Flask.
- Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with frontend frameworks (React and Angular).
- Strong knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with serverless architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to frontend development and proficiency in React and Angular.
- Contribution to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of previous work.
