Job Overview
As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll be the voice of Royal Rest, resolving customer inquiries and converting calls to sales through expert sleep advice. Top performers handle 70+ daily interactions with a 85% satisfaction rating.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement (60%)
- Handle 50+ calls/day (inbound/outbound) via phone/WhatsApp
- Diagnose sleep needs to recommend mattresses (e.g., "For your back pain, our Royal Ortho...")
- Convert 20% of service calls to sales.
2. Issue Resolution
- Resolve complaints (delays, warranty claims) within 24hrs
- Escalate complex cases using our internal system
3. Data & Compliance
- Log 100% of interactions in CRM
- Adhere to 8-second pickup time SLA
Qualifications
- 2+ years call centre experience (sales/support)
- Tech proficiency: CRM tools, Google Suite
- Typing speed: 35wpm+
Preferred candidate:
- Background in retail/furniture sales
- Multilingual (Yoruba/Pidgin for local customers)
- Being active on social media with a positive handle is a plus.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₦30,000/month
- Sales Commission: 3% on converted calls
- Transport Allowance: ₦15,000/month
