- Serve as the voice of the customer and the business and possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end Last Mile customer shipping experience.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
- Prioritize product features and requirements backlogs compromising both the business needs and technical readiness. Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make design trade-offs.
- Identify both business and technical impediments and drive for product development.
- Lead planning of product releases and set expectations for delivery of new features.
- Guide technology platform owner in managing agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team s execution.
- Work closely with functional business callers/owners to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and priority.
- Support functional opportunities or initiatives and dive as MVPs (Min. viable product) for a unified coherent technology and customer experience.
- Work closely with scrum Master and development team for delivery.
- Liaise and negotiate with IT SaaS vendors on all product-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager/Product Development related role.
- Certified Agile or Scrum Product Owner is preferred.
- Proficient experience in using software such as Visio and Notion is preferred.
- Must promote a team environment.
