E-learning Content Developer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled E-learning Content Developer with experience using Adobe Creative Suite to support the development of high-quality e-learning modules. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing, preparing, and optimizing visual content, including stock images, to enhance the learning experience. This role involves compressing images for web use and managing their integration into the software used for e-learning module creation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and prepare stock images that align with e-learning course themes and instructional goals.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to edit and compress images for optimal performance within e-learning platforms.
- Upload and organize visual assets within the software that generates e-learning modules, ensuring correct placement and usage.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and project managers to ensure that visual elements support the learning objectives.
- Maintain an organized library of images and assets for efficient future use.
- Follow image and file naming conventions for easy integration into learning management systems.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright regulations and best practices in e-learning.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for image editing and optimization.
- Experience in sourcing and preparing stock images for digital use.
- Familiarity with image compression techniques to ensure high quality with low file size.
- Prior experience with e-learning software or content management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of e-learning content standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
- Basic understanding of video editing or animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Experience working in a collaborative, project-driven environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, E-learning, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content development for e-learning, digital learning, or related fields.
