Job Summary: We seek a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of enterprise applications and automated workflows. The ideal candidate will design and execute comprehensive test strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate application logic, user interfaces, and business workflows.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution using issue-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure full coverage of test scenarios.
Support deployment validation and post-release testing efforts.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and documentation to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or application testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and browser testing tools.
Basic understanding of workflow automation or business process management systems.
Preferred / Added Advantage:
Experience with workflow automation platforms Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or similar regulated industry.
Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, Katalon, or Cypress.
ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
