Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI applications.
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges.
- Implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
- Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks and libraries for specific projects.
- Work with large datasets to train and fine-tune models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and recommend their integration.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an AI Engineer with a focus on machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI).
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on AI trends and technologies.
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Publications or contributions to the AI/Machine Learning community.
- Experience with reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
- Previous work on AI projects in diverse domains.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools in the context of AI.
