1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master’s degree may be preferred for senior positions.

2. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is typically required.

3. Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar programs.

4. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, and industry standards.
