Job Summary The Scrum Master/Project Manager will be reporting to the Program Manager and manage the entire development lifecycle of the organization. He or She will work closely with the development team to create a software solutions framework in the finance and digital lending industry with an Agile methodology. Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of development team efforts against agreed timelines.
Coordinate the UI/UX team to ensure delivery.
Coordinate the QA team.
Work with Product Managers to deliver the product roadmap.
Create Project delivery plans with all stakeholders buy-in.
Create and submit sprint plans to meet delivery expectations and project plan timelines.
Ensure all Business requirements are gathered, documented, and shared with all stakeholders.
Coordinate daily stand-ups.
Coordinate retrospective sessions.
Ensure code and development documentation of all developed software and features.
Write user stories for development documentation.
Ensure prioritization of all projects are done regularly.
Ensure the Backlog is reviewed at agreed intervals.
Create and manage scope creep log.
Ensure all reports are submitted at the agreed time.
Carry out industry surveys and competitor analysis.
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience in Technology project management or scrum team management.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent education.
PMP or Agile Certifications would be an added advantage.
Proficient in driving the software development life cycle.
Experience working in an Agile environment with diverse teams (Remote and onsite).
Must be knowledgeable of the Fintech space, especially banking, finance, and lending.
Experience working with business owners to gather and prioritize business requirements.
Experience presenting to organization leadership.
Strong experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Clickup, documentation on Confluence and Microsoft Project
Experience working with design, software development and QA teams.
Ability to produce and interpret design specifications and technical documentation.
Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements.
Ability to collaborate on a cross-discipline team and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical team members.
